this one is shocking!!

I thought it was about time for me to contribute to this ingenius site. I'm very suprised nobody has shared this story yet. I miss you all and love reading the memories. I dont know how accurate this story will be but this is what i remember. This is a classic story that will forever make me smile...;)

So, when we were little, as most of you remember we used to play some pretty sweet games. Made up of course by one of the coolest guys I know, Mikey. Ok, So we built a little make-shift town in the basement with blankets and what not, we even had a post office. I'm not sure what we called the game but i do know we loved to play it. Well from what i remember mike and matt were crawling around on their hands and knees moving swiftly from room to room (rooms in the town were separated by blankets). Boo and i were talking on the phone (cans connected by a string) when mike and matt told us to come over because they wanted us to see something. So of course like the perfectly submissive little angels we were (at least me ;)hah) we went to see what the big deal was. It turns out that while they were crawling around they stumbled upon a frayed cord (belonging to the fan). When their hands landed on it as they were crawling, it shocked them. So what are brothers to do but share this exciting news with their unsuspecting sisters? I don't actually remember touching it with my own hand but I'm sure I did. What i do remember is the reason i am even writing this great story. Renee was upstairs rocking on the couch, undoubtedly singing about mikes yellow shoes or how rebeca yelled at her, when mike gets the idea to have renee touch the bare wire. (What a sweet brother he never wanted any of us to miss out on something.) Renee comes downstairs against her will if i remember correctly and we trie to get her to touch the wire. This is where the smartest child thing comes in, she said "no im not touching that." All of us dissappointed that she was smart enough to know something was up needed something to convince her it was safe. Michael, once again, the genius with great ideas gives her a fork to touch it with but thats not it, to make her feel even safer we all held hands. I'm sure you can imagine what happened next she touched it, we all felt it, she screamed, cried, and somehow mom and dad never found out until a few years ago. What i want to know is who got her to keep here mouth shut about it??

That story still makes me laugh! I love it! I realy did like to get all the kids involved. You told it flawlessly and actually I laughed harder reading how you wrote it than I ever have when I told it. :)

Renee has always been the smart one since birth amazing, but we still managed to foil her,HA! HA! I remember touching it not because Mike made me but because i wanted to see how it felt and yes,i have always been the weird one:) I love that story but am dissapointed that you didn't add how we discovered that when you crawl around on the carpeted floor in the basement, somehow your hands and knees always smelled like shit. Does anyone remember that or just me?
Good story Bell, Miss you too!!

ROFLMAO @ Rebeca! How did we not get deathly ill from that I will never know. :) It was brown carpet and we had poorly trained dogs. Why did girls like me? I had to smell like poo all the time. :)
